Bush Whacked By The Law of Attraction

Bum-rushed, whipped and bedazzled, that is how I feel today. It is one of those days when all is made clear, when there is no room for doubt, when everything hits you at once and all your desires miraculously come together, all at once all at precisely the right moment.

I love these situations, I call them being bum-rushed by the law of attraction. There was nothing monumental about the things that I wanted which came into my possession today, but to me it was equally as enjoyable to experience as some of the major things I have manifested because everything I received today was something that I really wanted so I just feel happy, grateful and blessed.

I put my success down to a shift in perspective. When I first began to learn about the law of attraction, I would refer to the creative process as a three-step process comprising of asking - believing - receiving. But now, although the process has not changed, I have and because I have changed, the way I do things has changed.

The law of attraction is irrefutable and constant, but intentional creation is open to adjustment. Carol King.

For example I began my Inspired Journey using the standard three-step process and my results were good but there was room for improvement. This was because of some limiting beliefs I had, so the old three-step was not working for me. Soon I discovered how to remove my limiting beliefs and my success rate increased significantly, but still I was not where I wanted to be, I felt as though there was something missing and as I am a person who “feels” things I went with my intuition and continued the search for the Missing Ingredient.

It did not take me long to find it and when I did I literally smacked myself on the forehead for not realizing this obvious step sooner because of all people I should have picked up on it. My feelings were the key. When I began to feel good about everything, everything changed. I know that many law of attraction specialists tell you to feel the emotions of the things that you want but it is ‘when’ you are feeling what you are feeling that matters the most.

Yes it is important to feel the emotions of the thing that you want but what is much more powerful is feeling good generally not just when you “want” something. This was the missing ingredient for me. I focus on feeling good on a moment-to-moment basis and then when I do decide I want to intend something my feeling for that “thing” is increased a hundred fold because I was already feeling good.

I know that you may think that feeling good in order to create your life is just too easy, in which case I would say that life is meant to be easy and if you strongly disagree then perhaps you are hoarding some limiting beliefs of your own. The law of attraction is not meant to be hard, life is not meant to be hard, getting money is not meant to be hard but we as a society have been brain washed into believing that it is. We feel the need to fight for everything, we fight for what we want and we fight against what we don’t want and in doing so we create more of what we do not want and we make it harder than necessary to get the things that we do want.

I watched a video clip some time back of two Australian guys; their video clip highlights the same point. They took a video camera and went out onto a busy street where there were lots of people and tried to give away five-dollar bills, they did this for quite a while and no body would take the money. They even switched to fifty-dollar bills and of all the people they tried to give the money to only one person took it. I was really sorry that they did not ask that person why they took the money, I would have loved to hear their response.

The people who refused the money did so because there is a mentality that nothing comes easily, you can’t get something for nothing and if its free there’s a catch. These thoughts do not serve you, if you believe any of those statements you will never attract money.

Feeling good is the key to attracting all that you want, I have always had some measure of success but when I began feeling good everything became easier. I do not state affirmations any more, I do not walk around with index cards reminding me to stick to my intention, I do not keep a false check in my purse to remind me I am attracting money, nope, all I do is feel good. Understand me, I do not have a problem with any of the above techniques, I have used all of them from time to time, all I am saying is that for me in this “now-here” I no longer need those tack tics.

Again, The law of attraction is irrefutable and constant, but intentional creation is open to adjustment.

I encourage you to have fun and play around with the process, find what works for you; do not try to rush your learning so that you can get to the receiving. Take your time, experiment, use mind movies use EFT use NLP use coaching, go through as many different versions of the process as possible, do as many as it takes for you to “get it,” then when you do, you will be free to create the life you have dreamed about and experience your own law of attraction bum rush days.

Carole THANK YOU!!! I have started just feeling good-happy all the time. No matter what happens it does not affect my joy even deeper my peace.

I could not explain why things were different. I had changed the way I feel. I feel happy. It is much easier to live with intention and succeed with the law of attraction when you are happy.

It is a conscious decision.

Mckay, thank you so much for your comment. You are so right, and I can honestly say that when I read your comment I could literally feel your joyous vibration and it made me smile from the inside out.

It really is "that" easy to change how you feel, you just have to decide that is what you are going to do. In life we tend to over complicate things, when all that is necessary is a simple shift in our thinking.

Great stuff, Carol. It's great to hear about some experiential results that reinforce the importance of simply feeling good. It's WAY more important than we realize. Much love to you!

Thank you so much for sharing your insights. I have also found that manifesting comes much easier when you are in a positive state of mind in general in your life. Keeping an attitude of gratitude throughout the day helps a lot. One of my blogs is just a gratitude journal where I take a moement as often as possible to list what I'm feeling thankful for. It really helps me to keep in that positive state of mind.

Ariel - thanks, you are so right, feeling go is so important and yet so often overlooked.

Jeni - having your own gratitude blog must be a very powerful way of keeping your focus positive. I use Rhonda Byrne' Gratitude Book simply because it is a beautifully designed book and I begin to feel more grateful as soon as I pick it up.
