Manifestation - Why Is Dr Joe Vitale Bald?
Dr Joe Vitale MSC.D. – Metaphysician, Marketing Specialist, Author, Hypnotherapist, Ordained Minister and Chi Kung Healer.
Joe Vitale is unquestionably a well-known public figure with many accreditations to his name, you only have to do a search on Google and you will see hundreds of thousands of references to him from all across the Internet. I knew of Joe Vitale as a marketing specialist many years before ‘The Secret’ was released, so I was fascinated to learn that there was so much more to him than I had originally thought. Joe Vitale is quite simply brilliant.
So how come he has no hair?
During one of my many Sunday afternoons’ leisurely surfing the net I came across a forum that had a thread that was slating ‘The Secret,’ the law of attraction and Joe Vitale. The usual suspects were gathered there offering a barrage of mindless insults and I was about to click away from the page when something caught me eye, some one had written, and I quote “If Joe Vitale is so good at manifesting stuff out of thin air why doesn’t he manifest some hair?”
There were no responses to the question so I clicked away from the page, but for some reason part of my brain kept picking at the question. I even began adding questions of my own like: - If a law of attraction specialist is over weight does this mean that they are not really a specialist? If a L.O.A guru looses their hair, attracts an illness, has a car crash or gets divorced does that mean that they are not really qualified to be teaching or lecturing on the subject?
I have seen questions like these before online and normally I would ignore them but this time I decided to give these questions some thought, and later on that afternoon I came up with two answers/explanations that I think are reasonable. (Feel free to disagree).
Reason #1
Priority – We all do not want the same things, we all do not care about the same things. What is important to me may not be important to the next person. If you asked 10 people to complete 10 tasks, they would go about the tasks in different ways; each person would prioritize to decide what order to complete the tasks in.
So it is with the law of attraction, if 10 people are asked to create an image in their mind of something that they really want, not all of the images are going to be the same. If you decide that it is more important for you to attract your perfect partner than it is to attract one million dollars, who am I to tell you that you should attract the money first. It could be that you are loaded already or perhaps you just do not care about money, either way money is not your priority so you attract what ‘you’ want first.
Reason #2
Human Nature – Regardless of our status in the world we are all human, from Carol King to Angelina Jolie, from the Queen of England to the guys who collect my garbage, we are all human beings and we all make mistakes. Therefore if your law of attraction coach puts on a few pounds will you cancel your coaching sessions with them? If a spiritual leader has an angry outburst in public should their ministry be boycotted?
No! Because it simply means that you are dealing with a human being and not a machine. We are all capable of amazing things, but sometimes we forget, sometimes we slip and sometimes we fall flat on our face. That is life! The mistakes we make in life are made because the higher power wants us to learn something, therefore when we make mistakes we should pick ourselves up, discover what the lesson was and move one and just as we would like others to show us compassion and forgive us for our mistakes, we must remember to extend the same courtesy to them.
And, remember that we all have our own minds so that we can make our own choices. Do not be quick to judge a person based on what ‘you’ think is right or wrong.
Although I absolutely cannot speak for Joe Vitale, to the person who was so bothered about Joe’s hair I would say this, “take a look at your own life, you are worrying about something that Joe Vitale is not worrying about.”
Let us look past the outer physical self and look for the beauty, divinity, love and knowledge that exist within each and every one of us.
Now it is your turn, please feel free to let me know your thoughts, ideas or responses to this post.

I totally agree. It makes me sad when I disappoint others, but I always keep in mind that I am doing my very best. I would never do less.
Many blessings.
We are "spiritual beings having a human experience." That is what I think about when a judgemental thought comes into my head.
Carole, it would make Joe Vitale proud to know that you are following so closely in his foot steps. Your two explanations sound like answers he would give.
Great Points Carole! Its so easy to judge someone else's small issue or specks in there eye especially when we don't take notice of the pole in our eye. There are alot of things Joe Vitale isn't perfect in but there are many things he's become proficient in. Faith is something that has to be exercised. Like James Arthur Ray says where attention goes energy flows. Maybe his hair isn't his focus. Well, think about this say he doesn't have the faith to grow his hair back, he has enough money to buy transplants. So my guess is his hair isn't his focus! :-)
Carrie - thanks for your comment. You are so right we cannot do more than we are able to do at any given time.
Mckay - Thank you so much, I feel honored that you would liken me to Joe Vitale.
Ezekiel - I agree totally, it is not for us to decide what is important and also what another person in capable of, that is for them to decide.
